Personal Trainers

Engage members of all fitness levels and help them to pursue and realize their health and wellness goals. As True Action’s program fitness ambassador, our personal trainers enhance the member’s experience by carrying out a trainer-led challenging workout through True Action 3-tier program.

    • Arrive 20 mins before session start to setup any needed equipment.

    • Maintain enthusiastic and encouraging environment while being attentive to all individuals participating in session.

    • Lead group lifts and/or conditioning classes with True Action programming providing modifications as necessary for all fitness levels and contraindications.

    • Consult with members regarding their fitness goals and instruct them on how to properly and safely use the equipment.

    • Check members into the system.

    • Understand True Action Philosophy and training protocols

    • Understand how to navigate and explain training app to clients to access workouts.

    • Clean up and sanitize all eqiupment used during workout.

    • Experienced Certified Personal Trainers

    • Recent College Graduates (Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Etc)

    • Former or Current Fitness Leaders

    • Current Nationally recognized Personal Training certification

    • Minimum of 1 year personal training experience with proven track record.

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    • Excel in time management, organizational and follow-up skills.

    • Computer literate, tech savvy, energetic, and passionate about fitness.

    • CPR/AED certification required upon hire.

    • Must have a legal right to work in the United States.

  • Starting rate: $35-40/session DOE
